Short description:	(in Polish) Przedmiotem zajęć są podstawowe zagadnienia z zakresu działalności instytucji kultury, a także indywidualnej działalności artystycznej. Studenci poznają podstawy teorii zarządzania, a także szereg kwestii praktycznych obejmujących problemy prawne, ekonomiczne i psychologiczne.
Full description:	(in Polish) Student:1. uzyskuje podstawową wiedzę na temat: zasad kierowania organizacją, wykorzystywania środków unijnych, stosowanych rodzajów umów, podstaw prawa autorskiego, konstruowania biznes-planu, prowadzenia negocjacji i in.;2. rozumie: znaczenie wiedzy z w/w zakresu dla sprawnego i skutecznego prowadzenia działalności twórczej, zarówno indywidualnej jak i w ramach instytucjonalnych;3. posiada umiejętność: korzystania z odpowiednich regulacji prawnych
