ECTS credit allocation (and other scores): 8.00 Basic information on ECTS credits allocation principles:
  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;
  • the student’s weekly hourly workload is 45 h;
  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;
  • work required to pass the course, which has been assigned 3 ECTS, constitutes 10% of the semester student load.

1. Absolwent zna i rozumie specyfikę rozwoju różnych dziedzin europejskiej kultury artystycznej ze szczególnym naciskiem na formy sztuki współczesnej oraz o towarzyszących jej społecznych dyskursach, praktykach i dziedzinach nauki, wyspecjalizowanych w badaniu kultury artystycznej, w tym wiedzę o historycznych i współczesnych koncepcjach estetycznych

2. Absolwent potrafi określać znaczenia, oddziaływanie społeczne i miejsce wytworów kultury w procesie historyczno-kulturowym, posługując się odpowiednimi metodami analizy i interpretacji

3. Absolwent jest gotów do świadomego i aktywnego uczestnictwa w życiu artystycznym, przyczyniając się do utrzymywania elementów tradycji artystycznej oraz proponując rozwiązania alternatywne dla istniejącego ładu artystycznego, jest także przygotowany do pracy w organizacjach i instytucjach związanych ze sztuką

4. Easthetic concopts of Aristotle.

5. Neoplatonismus and its Christian interpretations. The easthetics of Light.

6. The easthetic aspect of iconoclasm.

7. Aesthetic concpets of St. Thomas Aquinas

8. Kant's analytics of bueaty and the sublime.

9. Schelling's and Hegel's philosophies of art.

10. Aesthetic concepts in the writings of Schopenhauer and Nietzsche.
