Full description:	(in Polish) Jazda na rolkach to przede wszystkim ogromna przyjemność. Płynne ruchy, uczucie prędkości i bardzo umiarkowany wysiłek do tego potrzebny przyciąga ludzi do tego sportu. Jeśli chcemy załapać o co chodzi w rolkach, umilić sobie nimi czas wykorzystując do swobodnych przejażdżka po parku czy ścieżce rowerowej, to warto zainteresować się rolkami do jazdy rekreacyjnej. Posiadając rolki i ochraniacze, możemy zacząć swoją rolkową przygodę. Jazda na rolkach to dyscyplina dla osób aktywnych, które dobrze opanowały już jazdę na rolkach. Ponieważ na rolkach pracujemy podobnymi mięśniami co w narciarstwie i w jeździe na łyżwach, są one bardzo dobrym i przyjemnym sposobem na trening ogólnorozwojowy. Podczas jazdy na rolkach, pracuje całe ciało, a szczególnie mięśnie nóg, pośladków, brzucha, pleców, ramiom i karku. Spalanych jest też więcej kalorii niż podczas np. biegania . Całe ciało jest bardzo dotlenione. Z jazdy na rolkach płyną same korzyści . Student powinien być wyposażony we własne rolki . Zajęcia odbywają się na torze rolkarskim na stadionie przy ul. Zagajnikowej 9 Grupa liczy ok.22 osoby.
