propozycja dla tych, którzy ze względu na istniejące zaburzenia w stanie zdrowia lub rozwoju fizycznego wymagają ograniczeń w zakresie obowiązujących zajęć wychowania fizycznego /ograniczenia mogą dotyczyć zarówno intensywności i czasu trwania zajęć jak i wyeliminowania niektórych rodzajów ćwiczeń/. Zajęcia są połączeniem gimnastyki wyrównawczej, która kompensuje niedobory ruchowe /ilościowo i jakościowo/ z gimnastyką korekcyjną. Gimnastyka lecznicza obejmuje m.in. osoby z uszkodzeniami ruchu, zaburzeniami statyki ciała, wadami postawy, skrzywieniami kręgosłupa, płaskostopiem, z obniżoną sprawnością fizyczną, dużą otyłością, z niektórymi zaburzeniami w stanie zdrowia, jak np. przewlekłe choroby układu oddechowego, krążenia, pokarmowego, nerwowego, wady wzroku, niektóre przypadki trwałego uszkodzenia narządu ruchu, a także korzystających z długotrwałych zwolnień z zajęć wychowania fizycznego z powodu przebytych chorób i urazów.

Obowiązuje strój i obuwie sportowe na salę. Grupa liczy 12 osób

Zajęcia odbywają się 1 raz w tygodniu w wymiarze 1,5 godziny w sali UAM, ul. Młyńska 15.
