Full description:	(in Polish) Trening siłowy pozwala doskonale kształtować sylwetkę wzmocnić mięśnie i przygotować ciało do bardziej wymagającego wysiłku. W siłowni nie ma narzuconego tempa, jak na zajęciach fitness, a ćwiczenia dopasowane są do oczekiwań. Zajęcia obejmują rozgrzewkę na urządzeniach cardio, część wzmacniająca na maszynach i wolnych ciężarach a na koniec zajęć streching.
