Full description:	(in Polish) Judo jest japońską sztuką walki, obecnie sportem olimpijskim. Prowadzimy grupy dla początkujących, zaawansowanych oraz sekcję judo kobiet i mężczyzn dla chcących uprawiać judo wyczynowo. Zawodnicy/czki sekcji trenują 5 x w tygodniu w godzinach wieczornych. Startują też w zawodach sportowych m.in.. w Lidze Międzyuczelnianej i Akademickich Mistrzostwach Polski. Sekcja judo UAM należy do czołowych w kraju. Ćwiczący w ramach zajęć judo rozwijają siłę, szybkość, wytrzymałość oraz sprawność ogólną. Judo nauczane jest od podstaw - pady, rzuty, trzymania, dźwignie, duszenia /grupy dla początkujących/ z możliwością doskonalenia poznanych elementów na wyższych latach studiów /grupy dla zaawansowanych/ oraz w ramach zajęć sekcji sportowej. Nauczana jest również samoobrona. Organizowane są także - Mistrzostwa UAM, w których startować mogą wszyscy studenci/tki uprawiający tę dyscyplinę sportu. Ćwiczenia prowadzone są w grupach mieszanych 1 raz w tygodniu w wymiarze 1,5 godziny w specjalistycznej sali z tatami w Akademickim Centrum Judo/proszę usunąć i wpisać: w Sali górnej przy ul. Szamarzewskiego 89.
