Full description:	(in Polish) Na zajęciach nauczysz się holistyczne podchodzić do aktywności fizycznej oraz do zdrowia. Poznasz założenie, że organizm człowieka stanowi całość. Jako mechanizm zbudowany jest z umysłu, ciała, duszy i emocji stanowiących współdziałające czynniki. Na zajęciach oprócz aktywności fizycznej poznasz zasady zdrowego odżywiania oraz techniki relaksacyjne wpływające pozytywnie na emocje a wszystko ku zasadzie „ zdrowym ciele zdrowy duch”.
