Full description:	(in Polish) Ergometr wioślarski jest to urządzenie symulujące wiosłowanie. Został on wymyślony przez wioślarzy w celu kontynuowania w sezonie zimowym treningów jak najbardziej zbliżonych do wiosłowania. Prostota i atrakcyjność ruchu na ergometrze sprawiły, że urządzenie to zyskało popularność również w środowisku poza wioślarskim. Trening na ergometrze angażuje wszystkie grupy mięśniowe, poprawia wydolność, a dodatkowym jego atutem jest możliwość pozbycia się, przy odpowiednim zaangażowaniu, zbędnych kilogramów. Trening na ergometrze wioślarskim uzupełniony o ćwiczenia siłowe, crossfit i ćwiczenia rozciągające stanowi doskonały przykład treningu wszechstronnie rozwijającego. Kształtuje on sylwetkę oraz rozwija układ krążeniowo-oddechowy.
