Full description:	(in Polish) Jeśli lubisz środowisko wodne i uwielbiasz ćwiczenia wzmacniające, to aqua aerobik jest idealnym wyborem. To bezpieczny i efektywny trening w wodzie dający niesamowitą satysfakcję i oferujący świetną zabawę. Dzięki tej aktywności nie tylko wzmocnisz swoje mięśnie, wysmuklisz sylwetkę, ale dodatkowo pozytywnie wpłyniesz na układ krążeniowo – oddechowy, dodatkowo poprawisz postawę ciała. Obowiązkowe jest posiadanie stroju kąpielowego, klapek. Grupa liczy maksymalnie 15 osób.
