Short description:	Graduating from the university is only the beginning of the best adventure you are likely to experience - your adult life. If you are at least slightly anxious about how you will manage in the labour market, this course is for you. This course will focus on mastering skills that you will find useful in the 21st century. You will learn how to manage your workload, be creative, search for an interesting job, write a business plan, start your own company and use various tools that are going to increase your effectiveness. The course also includes meeting representatives of local companies in which you are likely to look for a job in the near future. Prerequisites: willingness to learn and broaden your horizons.

Learning outcomes:	(in Polish) Po zakończeniu modułu (przedmiotu) i potwierdzeniu osiągnięcia efektów kształcenia student potrafi: 1. Wykazać się pogłębioną i poszerzoną wiedzą o potencjale absolwenta kierunku na rynku pracy 2. Przedstawić przykładowe obszary gospodarki, w których może poszukiwać pracy 3. Krytycznie oceniać rzeczywistość w celu wybrania własnej ścieżki kariery lub uruchomienia własnej działalności gospodarczej 4. Identyfikować typy osobowości pod kątem potencjału w założeniu własnej działalności gospodarczej 5. Identyfikować pomysły pod kątem ich potencjału rozwojowego w ramach własnej działalności gospodarczej lub pracy zarobkowej 6. Wykazać się znajomością podstawowych działań jakie powinien podjąć w celu otwarcia działalności gospodarczej 7. Przygotować biznesplan uwzględniający podstawowe informacje 8. Wykazać się znajomością i zrozumieniem podstawowych pojęć związanych z zasadami z zakresu ochrony własności przemysłowej i prawa autorskiego
