(tylko po angielsku) The course covers two areas of civil law: the general and the obligations. It aims to equip the students with knowledge and understanding of the structure of a legal relation, which should help them to properly assess the premises and consequences of certain legal acts available in civil law. |

(tylko po angielsku) Basic notions, civil law, its place in the legal system, legal norms A relation in civil law, rights, limitation of claims, personal rights and interests and their protection. Legal acts: statement of will, contracting, defects, legal capacity, forms of legal acts, agency and in particular the power of attorney and commercial proxy. Notion and nature of an obligation: Sources of obligations, types. Conversion of creditor and debtor. Expiration of obligations. Consequences of a failure to perform. Unjust enrichment. Unlawful acts. Contracts of obligation. |
