  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

Module learning aims:

Students gain knowledge about basic issues o law, iurisprudentia, main legal institutions, history and development of legal systems. Students familiarize with state regimes and basic issues of administrative law.

Short description:

The matter of the subject is to present main existing legal systems and main legal institutions in Polang and alll over the world.

Full description:

When presenting subject, existing in Poland and all over the world legal systems and main legal institutions are introduced. Different state regimes, principles of various legal and political systems, their main legal institutions and proceders are discussed. In this badkground Polish legal system and its institutions are emphasized.

Bibliography:

Bibliography established by the teacher in relation to current binding legal stetment.

Bibliography conserning legal system of th UE, chosen by the student.

Learning outcomes:

Students know basic issues o law, iurisprudentia, main legak institutions, history and development of legal systems. Students is familiarized with state regimes and basic issues of administrative law.

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Oral or written exam. Type of the exam is settled by the teacher.
