Short description:	The course comprises formal analyses of representative examples of such musical forms as motet, fugue, variations, song, sonata allegro and rondo.
Full description:	The main aim of the course is to introduce basic notions of musical analysis and provide students with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge and analytical apparatus to analyses of musical repertory of various epochs.
